Returns: If you wish to return the hoodie, please make sure to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. The hoodie must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned hoodie, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the hoodie for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
